Dave Lebert is President and founder of Southwest Professional Development Inc., founded in 1996 in London, ON. Dave has worked with hundreds of growth orientated individuals and companies throughout Canada that have demanded measurable returns on their sales development investments. His consultative and interactive approach helps to equip business leaders across many varied vertical markets with the tools they need to achieve their personal, corporate and financial goals. Dave began his career as a sales representative for Canada's leading snack food company, Frito Lay Canada, in Chatham, Ontario. Over the next 17 years, Lebert was promoted to a number of positions within the organization in the areas of sales, sales management, key account management and sales training. There he was recognized as having developed a management style that was compassionate and results orientated, with a focus on motivating, coaching, training, and the recognition of employees.
Dave is active in the London Chamber of Commerce and is past Vice President of the London Leaders' chapter of the Business Network International, while hosting his own Business Leadership Forums. A graduate of the University of Western Ontario, Dave is also an avid golfer who enjoys supporting the activities of his three children. Dave has been active in various communities through extensive coaching of minor league sports, currently acting as a coach in West London Hockey System.
